Finish vs read / validated
- Finish saves the report as finished and locks further edits.
- Read and Validated are separate review statuses — finishing a report does not mark it as read or validated.
Team reports
- Open a saved team report from Reports → Teams. See Reports → Teams.
- Use the in-report review actions to mark the report as Read or Validated when your workflow requires it.
